Apple Can Never Be Stopped! Never!

For years, Apple has applied the unique business model of utilizing its own hardware and operating system in its computers, while restricting other hardware companies from using its operating system.  This approach has led to exponential growth in its market share in recent years.

And last week, the Ninth Circuit upheld Apple’s restriction, noting that this practice does not stifle competition or creativity.
