So you think you can dance? Not if its plagiarized…

Beyoncé is being sued for plagiarizing choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker in her new music video, “Countdown”. The claim is that Beyoncé stole dance moves from two films, Rosas danst Roasa and Achterland. But can you actually steal dance moves and be sued for it? You certainly can. Choreography can be copyrighted. However, in this case Beyoncé may have a strong fair use argument.
