Another Kardashian Lawsuit
As if we haven’t had enough exposure to Kim’s ego.
A court date has been set for the twenty million dollar lawsuit Kim Kardashian is filing against Old Navy (parent company The Gap) for early 2013. She claims the company violated her intellectual property rights by hiring a model with her likeness, Melissa Molinaro. She claims the use of the model “caused confusion in the marketplace” and has damaged her brand. The Gap apparently has launched an investigation to see if her reputation has been tarnished, and is considering calling Reggie Bush as a witness – he dated Kim Kardashian, and he also dated Melissa Molinaro.
