Go, Little Book!

Go, Little Book!

Well, maybe not so little.  We’re thrilled to announce that after a semester’s labor, IPLJ 23:1 has gone to press—four hundred-some pages of rich, legal prose.  Thanks to the spirited efforts of all the Editors and Staff of IPLJ Volume 23—and the brilliance of our authors—our conversations about the DMCA, news on the Internet, the right of publicity, the history of patent eligibility, federal dilution law, the Rooney Rule, and the copyrightability of tattoos will become that much more informed.  Inform yourself here.
