Two artists are suing the author that spawned the dance meme sensation The Harlem Shake for unauthorized use of their songs. The dance phenomenon has inspired scores of videos uploaded onto sites like YouTube in the past few weeks. Its internet popularity has also made the song shoot up the charts. The plaintiffs believe they are entitled to some of the profits for the song.
