Should Your Estate Receive Access to Your Facebook Account?
New Hampshire and other states are trying to decide whether or not to give the executor of an estate control over the deceased person’s social networking pages such as Facebook and Twitter. One former Oklahoma state legislator, Ryan Kiesel, argues that the solution should come from the federal government so an estate can look to uniform laws to govern all digital assets.
