Welcome to the inaugural episode of the podcast for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, & Entertainment Law Journal. Accordingly, this episode will explore the false advertising and misleading movie trailers in the film industry, looking at Suicide Squad, Drive, Rocky, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Fantastic Four.

Each week, the Fordham IPLJ Podcast will tackle and explore hot topics in intellectual property law. Additionally, the editorial staff will discuss issues in copyright, trademark, patent, and other exciting legal areas.
