For the next two weeks, the Fordham IPLJ Podcast will feature the Fordham IPLJ Symposium, divided into the opening presentation and three panels on various intellectual property topics.

In this episode, panelists discussed viral videos, social media, and the law, and consider licensing and IP issues, such as when a company buys a video and demands payment from every news organization that plays it.
